Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas!

On this cool Monday afternoon, I find myself reflecting on the meaning of Christmas. Perhaps the culmination of everything that has taken place in my life and the lives of others around me and abroad for the past couple of years, specifically this past year has brought even more life and meaning to Christmas. Isn't it interesting that if we flipped the word order of Christmas it says more Christ (mas is the word for more in the Spanish language, and then we have the English word Christ). So, in all things during our journeys in life with Christ, may there be more of Him, more of His presence, love, justice, peace, guidance, wisdom, direction, discipline, correction, forgiveness, patience ... you fill in the blank and ask Him for what you need more of, what you need to grow more in and be prepared that He will give it to you, because He loves to show Himself strong in the lives of people, both His children and those who have not yet come into relationship with Him. My prayer for you and yours this Christmas is that at some point in God's perfect timing, you would continually encounter, receive, and embrace the truth that "The spirit of God has made me, and the breath of the Almighty gives me life."(Job 33:4) and that the Creator and being in a relationship with Him would change your life and the lives of those around you - that His Truth would enrich your lives and those that come in contact with you (if you would be bold and courageous to share it in some way, shape or form). Remember that the Truth you share is both for you and the ones you share it with!

Have a great Christmas this season & ALWAYS!
